Slide Visiting Care learn more

Our fully trained staff can provide day or night- time visits to the home, from just half an hour a day, or provide full-time live-in care and support according to the personalised care plan and the client’s specific needs. This allows families to be safe in the knowledge that their relative’s days will be as free of anxiety as possible under the expert care of a patient and understanding professional.

Our calls start from just 30 minutes per week and can be reduced or increased as needed. Together we’ll work out what you or a loved need throughout the day. We’ll assess care requirements and ask about interests and hobbies. Often, we can recommend equipment or show you new techniques to make life easier.

Our personal and support care will include the following (not exhaustive list);
