Aviana Health Care is a family oriented and fair organisation which provides a range of high-quality domiciliary care services including; visiting care, live-in care, overnight care, respite care, palliative care and end of life care. Support and care will be delivered to individuals in their own home in a manner the service user finds most agreeable.
Our aim is to promote independence and autonomy to enable service users to remain in their own homes as much as possible, through high-quality person-centred visiting care services. We work to ensure that you’re comfortable in your own home whilst receiving the care you need. Our visiting care services are flexible and provide you with the freedom and rights to make your own choices.
Aviana operates in accordance with The Care Act 2014 and are governed by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
In addition to the flexibility of visiting care, families benefit from the reassurance that there is another person who is able to support their loved one, who is on hand to help in the case of an unforeseen need or an emergency. Our team can support a wide range of care needs from general support such as meeting personal care needs, meal preparation, companionship and assisting with general household duties, through to more complex requirements.
